Free WiFi did not work, had to upgrade to get a working connection. Dim lights in the bathroom made it difficult for makeup application.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Manchester, just over the road from Printworks where there is a great choice of food from different places. It's also in close proximity to all the shopping areas and the vibrant nightlife of the city. The staff are friendly and always smiling, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good view over Manchester if you stay on floors 4 or above. The breakfast options are fantastic, with vegetarian and continental options available to cater to all tastes. The best part is that all of this comes at a competitive rate of £9.50, offering great value for money.

The Premier Inn we stayed at was conveniently located near the Cathedral, where we attended a concert. It was also very close to Manchester Victoria railway station, making it easy for us to travel around the city. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant on the first night, and the view from our room was lovely.

The hotel could improve on providing more towels in the room ' convenience.

Great stay in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. the room was very clean and quiet, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided a variety of choices for all diets. there was an effective portable heater in the room, which came in handy on cooler evenings.

the view from our room was also not ideal, as we could hear the noise of some ventilation fans throughout the day and night.
